The Grand Madison Mobile App provides a “Delete Account” feature. If the user has agreed to delete the account, the user will no longer get access to history and login to the system. Please note once you decide to delete the account, the action can not be undone.

The account deletion process is carried out through the “Delete Account” menu on the Grand Madison Mobile App and the user must complete the process by enter the password of Grand Madison Mobile App. This step is required to ensure that you are the right user registered in the system.
